I have had over 25 calls from this number have told them I am on the don"t call list and do not call me agian they just hang up. I have goten a indvidual on the line couple times and they just hang up. i have tried to call the number back it is bussy. I am sick and tired of the calls all times of the day and want it to stop now.

So tired of these scam calls! How do I get off the lists?

======== POSSIBLE WAY TO STOP THEM FROM CALLING YOU ..... ====== If you go to your phone carrier's website, there should be a way to block certain phone numbers from calling you. Mine gives up to 5 phone numbers to block for 3 months at no charge. This might be a way to at least stop this particular phone number from calling you. However, the scamming company will just try using a different phone number and call you again. I saw on the news the other day that instead of answering the phone, just don't answer it, if you see this phone number calling you. They said that is really the only way to not deal with these scammers.

Received a message. I picked up. Nobody answered. I use pay as you go phone so I loose money on these crank calls. I am also receving spam messages (loose money there as well). I think att is behing these

Your best defense is Caller ID. If you see a name or number you do not recognize, do not answer the call. It is that simple. If by some chance you should pick up, here is what another person who posted here to 800notes said: Don't say "Hello". The systems are geared to respond to "Hello". Say something like "Good morning" or "How are you doing?" This has some effect on the robo-call system, and may save you from grief ever again.

They say you can opt out and you cant

Call from 609-227-4849 come in at all hours of the day ...we are old people, and my wife is a semi invalid, am hoping to stop these calls....if anyone can help, we sure would appreciate it.
