Got an offer to lower my credit card debt.

WOW! They called numerous times last week- I was able to catch one of the calls- I was transfered to an operator & WOW she answered the phone extremely rude- she started talking about a credit card interest rate- I said "My family does NOT own ANY credit cards" she then hung up on me. I called the number back and was only able to get a pre recording, I added my number to their DO NOT call list- they have called back 7 times since them.. I get repeated calls from this number when I ask them to stop politely, I am hung up on. This is starting to make me feel really anxious and upset.

I also called Homeland Security and reported this number for making terrorist threats. If everyone would call the police and Homeland Security and report this number maybe they might do something about these people,.

Called 10-10-2012 @ 09:40, left no message on voicemail. Wish I had been able to answer and waste some of their time as well.

I received a recorded message identifying themselves as "Bank Card Services" saying "press one for a lower interest rate". When a live agent came on the line and I asked them which company I was speaking to they hung up.Valid companies do not treat people they are soliciting in this fashion.Tried to call back to the same number and it just rings fast busy.Further, I am on a no call list, I would have reported them had they identified themselves.

I'm very irritated that I continue to receive recorded calls from this number regarded lowering my credit card interest rate. I've asked three times to be removed from the call list - after waiting through their recorded message to speak to a representative. Each time, the rep hung up on me. Today, I took a different angle and politely asked the representative for his name. He rudely repeated his initial question to me: "Do you have debt over $4,000?" Each time I asked his name, he repeated the question, then asked me my name. I gave him my first name, in an effort to encourage his cooperation, and he said angrily, "Do you have debt over $4,000 or not?!" I shared that I had asked three times prior to be removed from the company's call list, and asked him who I needed to talk with to ensure that my number would not be called again. He rudely told me to call my phone company or block the call from my phone.I'm highly frustrated as the calls continue to come in on a daily basis, and my cellular provider does not have a block call or blacklist option, nor does my Windows phone have a block call or blacklist app.

I have constantly have asked for them to STOP!! I receive calls at home # 630/213-7884 & cell 630/461-0303The recording keeps stating your last option so I have hit one to talk to an agent on four seperate occassions they are ignorant when you state on DO NOT CALL and ask to be removed all they do iis hangup!!Enough how to I file an FCC complaint

This caller is a "lower your interest rate" scam call. Give them nothing.
