In agreement with all other posts. Kim was my caller, very indirect but pushy on the interview time 8:30am.Something's fishy, company just started in 11/2013. A lot of background conversation. Is Ibrahim Bah the regional manager's name they gave to everyone else, if not, the turnover is really high for a company 5 months old.
Same story as most, except my call was from a Kim(woman). Not falling for this one. Fell once into the AFLAC trap and this is the same thing.
Company called and I did not send resume to. Was on Monster. I am not and never have been interested in selling insurance.
These people are so dumb they didn't realize that I already told them no way in October 2013.
I just got a call from them and yes Ibrahim was the name of the interviewer I would be seeing at 850 am
Same deal, 267 number, Blue Bell office, 8:30a interview tomorrow morning. Not sure of the woman's name but Ibrahim was definitely mentioned as the person with whom I would be interviewing (if I had actually made an appt which I did not). She was not professional, spoke WAY too fast, clearly was just reading from a script and wasn't slick about muting her end of the line while I was talking (presumably because she was talking to someone else). It screamed sleazy sales job from the minute I picked up.
Got a call from someone at the company as well. Actually went in for the interview. Not really a scam, but it is a performance based job. I start boot camp soon! I'm happy they called me.. Right on time! If you are a business person with intentions of making good money you should go to the interview when called.
I just received a call and the person never identified his self. He said he was from Michael Housman Associates. When I called back the person answered Human Resources, and said something about insurance. I said I never received the name of the person calling me and was returning his call. She said was it Michael. I said the person never left there name. I feeling very unprofessional because the person calling wasn't very professional when leaving his message. I did more investigating. While waiting for Michael to call me back I googled the name Michael Hausman and low and behold, The phone popped up in this site. Thanks for posting this for everyone to no what a scam these people are trying to pull off. This is not the time when someone is waiting for that one call for the right job. Good luck in your job search.
Thanks for your posts. You are saving me time and gas money. The conversation I had struck me as odd. I spoke directly with someone who also spoke unprofessionally fast. I had to ask her several times to repeat what she was saying. My interview is scheduled for 8:30am. I will not be going. Many ThanksKim
I received a call today and the young lady name was Kim and she spoke unprofessionally and fast. I had o ask her several times what the name of the business was before she told me. So I decided to do some research as well. I went to the BBB site to see if they had anything on American Income but it showed me nothing. However, after reviewing this site and hearing all the comments I think I may pass for the scheduled interview I have for 9:00 am tomorrow. I am unemployed and can't afford to waste time or money. Thanks All!Angela
