I received a voice mail from 267-419-8825 and the caller ID was listed as Franco Gamboa. The guys name was Jonathan from American Life Insurance. He wanted me to give him a call back at 610-279-4801.I called back a day later and just got an automated voice mail. I called back two days later and asked for Jonathan. He said that he does not even remember calling me and he does not have my resume in front of him at the moment. (If he was interested, he would have remembered calling me.)I asked what positions he was interviewing for. One of them was a Benefits Rep. He could not give me any information about that position and wanted me to come in for an interview at 9:00AM the following day. I declined. I am thankful I found this site.
I just received a call from 267-419-8825 and spoke to Nashiya from American Income. She was looking over my resume and wanted to ask a few questions about my most recent position. I'm eagerly job seeking, and didn't immediately recognize the name, but thought it might be a job placement agency calling on behalf of a company I did apply with. It was hard to hear her though, as she was talking fast, the call was breaking up a bit, and you could hear people in the background, which I first took for just being a busy office (now realizing it was a call center most likely, so there are probably people surrounding each other in close quarters.)She didn't actually seem too interested in my answer about my previous job, as she immediately wanted to set up an interview for tomorrow. She told me to dress professionally and to allow 2 hours for the interview. She gave me her "direct line" as 610-279-4801.After ending the call and doing some research to remind myself of the job I applied for, I came across this site and was immediately disappointed about my job interview.I called 610-279-4801 to inquire more about the position and it went to "Human Resources" and I was immediately put on hold. I had to leave a message. I also tried the number that originally called me, 267-419-8825, and that also went to a general voice mail. Shame on me I suppose for being too eager, and not keeping her on the phone to ask more questions from the start... Now I have to try to get ahold of someone to cancel this interview!
Tonight I received a call from a man named Souley Bah 215-626-2778 who urgently wanted to setup an interview with me in his office in Blue Bell, PA. He indicated the position paid 65,000.00 plus a year. And there were three openings. As a gullible applicant I accepted his offer for a job interview at 9 AM. Before letting him off the phone I asked him a few questions: Who he worked for:Hauseman @ Associates in Blue Bell, PA, what is the website for your company: ailcareers.com
A very cryptic voicemail message was left for my from Enid Ruiz (female) in the HR Dept of American Income Life Insurance on my company-issued cellular telephone, NOT on my home/personal-voicemail lines.Tried to reach a n y b o d y at (610) 279-4801 and all I get is elevator music until another message advises me that nobody can take my call at that moment. Left my name, but not a return telephone number as I want to initiate the call to them when I have the time and privacy to do so. Cannot do this when working with somebody from our Home Office. Today is Thursday and I've been trying to return her call since Monday.I am NOT interested in such a position and don't really now how my resume got into their hands as I've applied at several firms and websites over the past many months. Originally I thought this might be a collections call, but things are just a tad too fishy for my comfort level.
hey just received a call today for interview tomorrow @9am. My wife told me to look American Income online to give feedback on the company......and here I am. Thanks to EVRYONE God bless yall to find real employment
Just wanted people to know that they're still out there. I got a call today and as everyone else has mentioned that they wanted to set up an interview as soon as humanly possible. I'm already working so it's not like I can easily schedule something, but I was lined up to go in until I decided to Google the number that they gave me and the number that they called from. Thanks everyone for the feedback so that I don't waste a trip.
