If you really have an unpaid debt they will sue you through your local magistrate after about 6 months of trying to collect (you'll get a notice of Pre-Legal action & if that goes unpaid you'll get a certified letter from the magistrate to appear in local court. If that goes unpaid, they'll get a warrant for your arrest). And the police will show up at your house. Take them seriously!
