Omg, I just received a call from this number at 2am. Thought the worse, answered, nope it's the collection agency. Coming after me for an 11 year old debt. Uh, I'm a professional federal prosecutor nowadays, Think you might have underestimated what you just did.
Law enforcement cannot collect a debt and will NEVER show up at her house. If a debt collector threatens you with police action see an attorney. You have a major lawsuit .tagains
Actually, a magistrate can and will show up at your door to serve you a summons to appear in court regarding some debts. We had it happen to us.
If you are that scared than your debt must be a new one they cannot do anything if you're that worried pay the debt
I beg to differ their job is NOT to harass. You are right however they are scum they've been harassing me for over 10 years I did take legal action and I just got a call from that yet again it never stops and there's nothing they can do ,the sad thing it's not even my debt....
I will be contacting my attorney again... I honestly cannot believe this company is still even in business after all the lawsuits,, they're worse than scum....

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
