I don't have Verizon Wireless so no bill to check. I believe most bill collectors would leave people a message, I didn't get a voicemail and I'm not calling back.
Automated message saying I won a 2 person Caribbean cruise if I perform a short survey for a "scientific" company.
Got 2 calls in less than 2 minutes from 617-356-4651, with no one on the other side. Annoying, and need to be shut down!
I received a phone call today (one of many this summer) from this number. Called it back and got the message the same message. A google search led me to this site.
They called and said they were 'Tech Support Customer Service' then launched into a sales call. I interrupted to ask them to take me off their list, but they continued to merrily talk away. I screamed a couple of times and then hung up.

I received a text with this phone number stating that it was from the United States Postal Service and that I needed to open up an urgent notice from them.
