One way to stop these numbers from bothering you is to use the BLOCK LIST on cell phones. On the I-phone 5, go to the numbers list of recent calls. To the right, press the "I" for information. Next, scroll down to the bottom of this list. Press BLOCK THE NUMBER and confirm the step.It may not stop them from calling. But your phone will not let it get through.You will have to do this several times, when most telemarketers use multiple lines.I have found this to be the most effective way to reduce spam on the cell phoneIf you don't have the apple phone - then learn the commands required with your choice of phone.This works for me and is peace of mind. I hope this information will help somebody out there.

I just received a call from 1-617-356-4651. No message was left so, I called back. Was instantly told by a recording "the person you are trying to reach has not set up answering service yet please try back later. How do I get rid of these people?
