I think the Do Not Call Registry is totally broken now. Completely useless. People are getting junk calls at higher volumes than ever. We shouldn't keep getting harassed in our own homes. The calls are being relayed from other countries. There should be some technology that can filter these out.

Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
