I get calls everyday a few times a day I am on the no call list and I still get calls everyday when I try to explain that or as for a supervisor they hang up I will sue if I continue to get calls!

What I have started doing. Is when they call, I add them to my contacts and then I text them about a dozen or so times telling them not to call me anymore. Show them how it feels to continuously call. If enough people text them numerous times, maybe they will get the message.

I have received numerous pre-recorded messages from this number - probably 20 within the last 3 weeks. This time I pressed 1 to speak to someone, her name was Kelly, she was from "Card Member Services". She said that she could not provide me a customer service number and she could not provide me with the address of the company. She said that she would remove me from the list.I informed her that I am on the national do not call list, and that it is illegal for her to use any pre-recorded message to call anyone - she said that she was just an employee but that she would let her higher-ups know.Seriously - this company is scamming people. There has to be something that the police can do, right?

These "marketing morons" are now using my cell phone number, (which HAS been placed on the Do Not Call Register). I would love to stop this nonsense once and for all. PLEASE,somebody tell me how.Caller company & name are unknown because I now simply disconnect the calls as soon as they come in to avoid any significant calling time being used or, in the rare case it happens, that someone might choose to leave a message.

I have gotten through to a live person several times. As soon as they realize you are not falling for their scan........they hang up on you. I've dialed their extension to be taken off their call list.....it does no good. Can't someone stop this. They call me at home and on my cell.
