So what? Try complaining, see where it gets you....

yes its a scammer.... they call several days in a row now offering to lower your credit card rate to 4.9% ( which would be seriously attractive to most ppl who use credit cards.. ) first you get the ring you answerthen you get a recording etc..then you are asked to wait on hold ( which i did for about 3-5 mins )then a young gentleman comes on the line and starts to tell me some bolognamy first response is i tell you what ill give you $10 IF you can even tell me who you are supposed to be calling ... his response "or you are trying to scam me ?" no no i would never do that but IF you can tell me who you are calling i will paypal you $10 to whatever email address you provide me within 10 mins his response " you are a liar " no sir i do not lie ... im an adult and have better things to do with my time. his response ? "click......" ill do my best to report them but honestly i dont think i have the patience to follow this one to the end i hope someone else does. thanks btw when you return the call you will get a busy signal because its prolly a spoof # or being done from a computer.

Just DO NOT answer the stupid phone you imbeciles.For Gods sake, how simple minded can you all be?If you answer in any way, they will call you back.Leave the damn phone ring or cut it off before voice mail activates the response, which is what they need.No wonder these people persist, they have idiots that respond. If you do, then you have only yourself to blame.Complaining to them or any agency whatsoever is totally USELESS!!!!!Come on people, wise up.

They do the same to me. 7 times in the last 3 days. I just filed a report when they called again.

its a more then likely a scammer phishing for personal info .... when challenged ( i offer to paypal $10 IF he can tell me WHO he is calling for ) i am accused of being a scammer and then called a liar. i filed a complaint with the donotcall above.

I get these calls also. Now when I get a call, I wait for a liver person to come on, then sound my Megaphone alarm into the phone, hahaha!

I keep getting the calls from this number and several others as well, I have an Android Phone through Sprint ( I know, I hate them too) but they have an option in your online acct - preferences to set up a call block list. You just type the number you want blocked into the list and your phone will no longer receive calls from that number. I strongly agree that there should be some form of legal action that a gvmt agency could take, but failing that, just rejecting the calls and putting the numbers on the block list has started to work for me.

Got a missed call from this number. Searched web for just the area code and this number was at the top of the list and I had not entered any number, just area code. I looked at my cell phone and it was the same number!I called it back and something answered. I said hello and nothing. Now busy.I have been getting the calls for the lower your credit card rates and the press 1 to speak to a rep. I have done so many times. One time they told me my number and where I lived and he said he was in Atlanta and that he was going to come to my home to hook up with me. I am male! They use vulgar language and love the fact that they can call you and you can't do anything about it. It is a job to them and that is all they care about. Both the company and the phone reps are criminals!!!Wasting our time, minutes, sanity, and wish to steal our money as much as they can.

Keep getting calls to lower my credit. Can not contact to stop calls. The number is 617-390-4562. The company that transmit the calls has it coming out of Jamaica Plain,Ma. Trace the number but can not get any feed back.
