I got a call saying my account was closed, so I decided to speak with a customer rep. they told me that they don't work with the banks and their company name is Account Services. I requested to have my number removed because I was getting a lot of calls from them. On my caller ID it says "Wireless Caller" not a company name. Report them to "National Do Not Call Registry", FCC, and FTC..

I keep getting unwanted automated calls to my cell phone and home from this number: 617-390-4562, although I have all three numbers registered in the National Do Not Call List.It is harrassment now. Please help stop them. Thank you.

The phone rings and there's no one at the other side.

I tracked one number down and found it was a cell phone which AT&T issued. So I called them to complain, not ever being able to get the human back on line - keep hanging up.So I explained myself and she suggested the DO NOT CALL service... and after 30 days - should the number call again... it is a violation and a law suit. (Yea, good luck with that one.) Anyway... she was nice enough after I told her that my peaceful enjoyment of my service with AT&T was being cancelled out by one of their own subscribers. She noted the number, tried to call it herself.So I said that I would be calling AT&T each time I got one of these calls - where you get hung up on if your first word is not Yes... I would be calling A&TT each time just so they too experienced the frustration and waste of time I was experiencing. I have called AT&T about 6 times now. It may not help... but I'm spreading the "Love" and it must get reported in the daily call log at AT&T's office; customer support.

Frequent calls from the same company with area codes all over the USA. I have reported each call over and over to the "National Do No Call Registry" with absolutely no results. I wonder if there is anyone there. I sent an e-mail to 60 minutes as a suggestion for a future expose. We'll see.
