Received a call from this number - didn't recognize it & it showed "unavailable," so I hung up
This number just called but I didn't answer as didn't recognize it. I see I made the right decision. Naturally, no message was left
Got a call from the above number on my cell today. The guy on the other end left a message, had an extremely thick accent, and said he was from the IRS. Gave me a return number to call, never used my name, and said I'd need to call back and provide my full name, DOB, and SSN to resolve an issue with my taxes. Too funny, as the IRS doesn't have my new cell number as I only just got this new number.
Received multiple calls from this number from MA. Indian accent. Says there are reports that my computer is sending an error message and he can help. I immediately asked him if I should tell him my credit card number. He hesitated and I told him to remove my name from his calling list because I have already looked up this number and I am aware that it's a scam. He hung up. I'm sure he'll call again.
If you are serious and think that anyone in the Obama camp is making these calls May God have mercy on your soul because you are a complete and utter idget. Because someone is claiming to be calling from "Washington, D.C. " doesn't mean he actually is. The last time I looked 617 is a Massachusetts exchange so before you open your pie hole know what you are speaking about.
First time they called I let it go to vm which has my first and last name recorded. Second time they called was a few hours later. I picked up and the man who answered had a very heavy Indian accent. It was very loud in the background. I heard my name faintly and I will not go into detail what he said. It was extremely inappropriate. DO NOT ANSWER!!! stay safe and block this number.
