My bf is on vacation and this is the number he calls me from. He's supposed to be in Guadalajara, but I did some research, and the area code appears to be Cabo.

called several times. Left no message and was unable to call the number back when I tried. A recording kept saying 'You have to dial a 1 first.' When I dial a '1' the recording would say 'You don't have to dial a 1' so I could never find out who was calling from the number.

Yes, my girl friend paid Verizon extra to receive international roaming connections for her recent trip to Cabo. Received call from her with 624-139-9999 appearing on my caller ID. Reasonable to say that the comment concern submitted by "idiot" above is correct, it is a Cabo #. Believe me, I had many concerns about the number, etc.

2 calls from this number today. sounded like an american woman trying to reach someone, perhaps dialed me by mistake.

got a call from a lady named mary, said she was vacationing in cabo and was calling to check for any messages. she said that her cell phone number was 714 blank blank, not putting the number down because she claimed to have the same number as I do. Not possible. I have had my cell phone number since 1998, same one. we do both have verizon. I called the number which showed on my phone when she called, which showed 624139 9999 and I got a recorded message that number was no longer in service.

Got called from 624-319-9999 didn’t answer because I'm not a [***] that likes to answer my phone from numbers I'm not familiar with.

turns out it was a friend callin from his Sprint cell phone in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Assuming its a common extension of sorts used by cell phone carriers.

Yeah, it must be some sort of patch through service. Mom called me from her verizon cell while in Cabo and this is the number that showed.
