I found out through emails with pacwest that it's actually a Peerlessnetwork number. Pacwest is also contacting Peerless as they have received several messages about this number.

This was an automated call regarding business loans for $250k. It gave me the option to press 2 to be deleted from their registry. When I pressed 2 it disconnected the call.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
