This number keeps calling me too. I have blocked their calls. Not once did I answer one of their attempts to reach me but that hasn't stopped the persistence in their attempts.
Just got the call; this time I picked it up out of curiosity. It was an automated message about business loans. My number is on the DNCR but i've been getting these calls a lot lately and i'm getting sick of it. Is there a way to sue the guys who just called?
Got the same call today. As for suing them, the DNCR only allows the gov to sue them. Even if you could sue them yourself, who would you sue?
You're wrong. They're Entrust Merchant Solutions (www.entrustms.com) and based in New York! Someone I know found out who they are by talking to them!
Yes, the small business loan scam. I did press #1 and politely asked to be taken off their calling list. The gut with the heavy foreign accent became argumentative after I told him we have a banking connection we are happy with and were not interested, please take us off your call list. More arguments from him. Luckily I keep my air horn handy. The uselessness of the Federal and State Do Not Call List and in ineffectiveness of these under staffed government entities, I hope that I have damaged enough eardrums to make these people "listen" so to speak

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
