Received a call from this number. The caller hung up just after I answered. Did not say anything, just hung up. Now I am glad that they did not answer. My phone is also on the Do Not Call list and I wish those jokers at the FTC would do something about this type of calls.
These people really are morons and any one who falls for their crap should be slapped hard!! The woman spoke with an Indian accent and barely spoke English. I could tell she was reading from some script. I usually do not answer calls that are not from any one I know, but I have been getting calls from a cell phone in my city. I thought it was them and wanted to tell them they had the wrong number. You think those Scammers would hire people who could speak like they knew what the were talking about. I just wonder where they got my name so their Scam would sound like it was legit. Microsoft can't even fix the problems in Windows 10 and no longer supports Vista, so why would they call me to tell me my computer was messing up? IT'S A SCAM PEOPLE DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES!!!

That's a possible idea. A high frequency or low frequency sound. Possibly like the bass systems people put in their vehicles. The USA Navy reportedly uses an ultra low frequency sound underwater (can't remember if it is a weapon or for communication purposes) that is suspected of killing marine mammals. Something like that might work on a phone. Trouble is, if you damage their ears, then we are stuck with all these half-deaf Indians yelling at us next time they call, ha, ha!
