cals from this number 661-670-2607 every other day or so. never leave a message even when I answer and say the person is unavailable. so annoying and harassing!
They're calling me twice a day lately -- including at 8:30 AM today -- the cardinal sin! It says "Humane Society" on the Caller ID -- there are multiple Humane Society groups that I've donated to; no way to know if it's legit. If i want to donate, I'll do that the way I alweays have -- NOT through some telemarketing group.
They telephone constantly - and hang up when I answer - very annoying- I am not interested - I will give to my own choice of societies - which I do on a regular basis.
Oh please don't run over the animals! It's not their fault that some humans are [***] and have to aggrevate the rest of us who are just trying to live in peace. I too will no longer be donating due to these constant calls.
ID showed Humane Society. They hung up after 3 rings.I do donate to the Humane Society of the US and mylocal one. I never donate over the phone or give out my credit card number.
My first call from this number. Because of the Humane Society ID, I didn't answer. If they call again I'll block the number. I, too, was an occasional contributor. Only a year ago did I recognize that they solicit by mail at least twice a month, a frequency that I consider harassment. They have received no response from me since that time, nor will they ever.
I do donate to the our local Humane Society and to the US Humane Society. I do not answer unknown callers.I never donate over the phone. Do not ever give these people your credit card numbers.
These callers are NOT from the the 'Humane Society', but from the 'Humane Society of the U S', HSUS, another name for PETA, the violent, extremist animal right organization, who cause deaths to captive animals, by releasing them into the wild, where they either starve, or are killed by wild animals. They are also well known as arsonists, targeting those who raise captive animals, and in the process destroying those creatures.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
