This must be some generic skype number b/c it showed up on my called ID and I didn't answer due to weird area code. when I listened to the message, it was actually a friend calling from Ireland.

They keep calling me and I never answer cause I don't answer unknown numbers.

I have a deadline. Do not have time to hear my phone ring over nonsense.

I just received a message on my cell from this #661-748-0240 … something about jewelry I ordered was out of stock???!!!

This is just a number used by skype. Nothing malicious about the number, just the douche nozzles who happened to be assigned it that time.

I am an ederly woman and this idiot called said he was from Microsoft and there were some type of reports from his office that my computer was infected with several virus. To make a very long story short, I allowed him to connect to my computer and he supposedly took care of the viruses which cost me $70.00 dollars and a few weeks later he called and said that for $60.00 more he could make sure that I would never get another virus and would never have to make any more payments. I was a stupid old lady and feel for this scam and he later called back and said I had not finished paying and I finally got smart and told him to stop calling me and never call my number again. I may be old and not very smart but I finally could see through all his scam. He called agin today....even an old lady knows what NO means!

I got a call from 661-748-0240 on February 20, 2015 at 12:39 pm. I didn't answer and the caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on. I think that most legitimate business callers would leave a message or at least leave a return number. My caller ID said, "Skype Caller." I don't know anyone who uses Skype. I have been on the Do Not Call list for ten years.

Just got a call from this number at 2.54AM !!! didnt answer it and waited for voicemail to kick in, needless to say they didnt leave a message and I am going to call them back when I am fully awake. As I am in Florida and they appear to be in California the tables will be turned hopefully with the time difference !

My son just got death threats from this number on his cell phone and I tried to call it back and it said cannot be called because it was a skype call.
