My sister-in-law got the same call from someone who said they were calling from Microsoft. She actually let them remote into her computer. God knows what info they got off her computer, but they also infected her machine. A total SCAM! Beware!

Just got a call from this number. Could barely speak English and couldn't pronounce the name of the city I live in. How hard is it to pronounce Hiram,Ga? Said she was conducting( at least that what it sounded like) a survey and needed my email address. I told her it was "goodbye2013@hotmail.com" She said thank you and hung up.
