Are any of you windsteam customers? i recently signed up with windstream and get calls from out of state...makes me wonder if windstream is selling my info.
Same exact thing happened to me today as did with Willie--I called back, waited for an answer and was greeted by a recording from Verizon stating that the number had been disconnected and was no longer in service. They called me 2 x today, and left no message. Who are these guys???
They called didn't leave a message. I called back, a Verizion message came on stating the number was no longer in service.
DO NT GIVE THESE PPL YOUR ACCT INFO! They have called me for like week now, finally after calling bac and getting a "verizon recording" they call again and a guy says he's an auto loan company. i tell him to take me off of their call list and he says its 100 dollars and asked me for my bank acct number!!!! WTF?!
Got a call, could obviously hear someone on the line who refused to answer, when you dial the number back it states it is no longer in service. I have hit the block number on my phone to prevent any further calls. Dont know who they are, what they want nor do I care ....
They have called several times. We have told them to remove us from their list. They refuse and have said"No way" and hang up.
I have received 6 calls so far from this number, but I did not answer any of the calls when they came in. I just dialed the number back a few minutes ago out of curiosity to find out who it is. I got a recording that said "the number you have dialed is not a working number." What the ....?Oh, well...you may as well go ahead and block this number also while you're at it.
We have been getting these calls ever since I ordered books from chegg and am very concerned they sold my info :( the calls and text messages are ridiculous!

Person is telling me he is from Cox and that Cox has special offers. I asked about the offers and person saying he needs my Cox, forgot ? to verify that I had a Cox prescription. I hang up!
I got a call this afternoon 4/10/26 of a man saying he wanted to buy my building. I declined and said I was not interested and hung up. He called two times before and hung up.
