Just got a call said debt card locked. Hung up what a joke.

On top of it..today in the morning I received freaking 12 messages on my T-mobile for b@WAMU.COM..not sure if all these are inter-related. But it SUCKS. I don't have msgng service too..this spam ..hit hard on me.

Got the same call from 701-509-8703. Didn't answer. Funny thing is I DO have a prepaid master Card, and the only place I've ever ever used it was on Full Tilt Poker. BUT then again, nobody has my cell phone number, not even the Cash Store where I got the card. Must be random dialing. Sure hope they track it down

First, I love this site, it has really helped me identify legit from thieves. I thought I typed in the wrong number when I first read the responses, but I didn't, these guys called today and said they would be in my neighborhood (I don't live anywhere near N.Dakota) and with the recent hail storms they want to give me a free 20 minute roof inspection. Let's see, we didn't get damaging hail here, I just had my roof replaced and told him so. Went to hang up and heard him still yacking about "well, when was your roof replaced" and so on. Hung up before I gave him the 'ol we have no previous business relationship, your not political nor charity, I'm on the do not call list, blah, blah. I worn out on these callers who obviously could care less about the do not call list. Anyway, how did these guys go from credit card fraud to roofing scams?

This phone number has called several times and I never answer calls that I do not recognize. If it is legitimate they will leave a message, phone number, hours of operation, someone's title or name, and of course the subject of the call. If no answer is left it is probably a scam. Be careful out there, there are people in the US that are not your friend but your foe.

I also receives 81 texts from b@wamu.com/wamu with a phone number in the text (1-304-907-0878). When I dialed the number there was a recorded messege saying that your credit card account has been locked, dial 1 to unlock it and dial 2 to leave. At that point I disconnected and called my phone company and my bank to report fraud.

Don't know who this; left no message. Will not accept nor return calls from unknown persons or blocked caller IDs. This number comes up as a cell phone number. If they were legit, they would have left a message.

I too received a call from this number. It is unidentified and I do not know anyone there. Yuk.

asked for a 16-digit number to sun trust, the only ppl that have this number is capital one, so i think they sell our numbers to third parties... could be...

There was a recorded message about credit card ... sounds like a scam.
