Robotic call at 10:30 pm saying my banking card has been frozen and I needed to unfreeze it (press 1) I did. next thing I know it asks me for my 16 digit card number. My heart told me not to trust this.. I hung up and checked my account... hmmmm everything is in order .

Mass random dialing and they hope whoever picks up decides to follow through with instructions

I get these frequently, from a variety of numbers. My Panasonic cordless landline phone allows me to call block, and I do, but not before I fill out a complaint with the FCC: www.fcc.gov/complaints I have time on my hands, and I've made it my mission to hound every last one of them!

Got the same call pretending it was BoA. Hung up after they wanted my debit card #

I didn't answer the phone, and they did not leave a message. When I called back 701-509-4181 the female voice recording stated " Thank you for calling back if you are not interested in receiving any further calls about our special promotions, please press 1. Please allow 72 hours to process the request." I waited and the message repeated.... I definetly pressed 1 and the voice said "thank you" and hung-up. What kind of business would already know you don't want to receive their calls but would have calle you in the first place?

I got a call from this # at about 2:30am, saying my debit card had been deactivated, I hung up at that point and didn't even listen to the rest of the message.These people SUCK!!

I RECEAVED THIS CALL AND IT SAYS TO PRESS 9 TO TALK TO SOMEONE,SO I DIDAND I TOLD THEM TO TAKE MY NAME OFF THERE LIST.AS I AM ON A DO NOT CALL LIST.AND A GUY SAYS AS HE LAUGHS AT MEI WILL NOT TAKE YOUR NAME OFF THIS LIST AND THEN HE HANGS UP.

Got a call at 1am. It hung up before I could get it, so I dialed it back. It was a recorded message thanking me for calling back and telling me that if I didn't want to receive their special promotions and be put on their do not call list, to press 1. (I'm on the national do not call list.) I pressed 1 and hung up. It's my cell phone, and I have no idea why they're calling

I got the same call. Recorded voice saying this is Bank of America calling to say my debit card (I don't have one with BOA) was being de-activated due to fraud concerns and to press 2 to be connected to BOA security team. I hung up and called BOA with whom I DO have a credit card. They confirmed it was a scam.
