I did not answer the phone and I am running out of number space to block!!! Now the door must be locked tight because since crazy rash of scam calls in the last five yrs they have been accompanied by the follow up to ppl coming to the house on at least two occasions. We told them to fly a kite.
This person continues to call for an employee that no longer works for us can you please tell me how I can get this to stop? We are a place of business and cannot accept these calls every 2 minutes.
The caller asked for me by name, told him this number was for emergencies only. Male with a deep American voice said this is an emergency. I have a stripper pole delivery to install in your bedroom and then he said my address. I said do not call this number again. The voice said I am going to call this number everyday. I cursed and hung up. Such a pain. Don't ever answer this number!
The same thing just happened to me and yes, the caller ID says Siemans. They tell you they were hired by Microsoft. I told them I wasn't interested. The woman with a heavy foreign accent said if my computer was on and I didn't do what she says she would crash my computer!!!
They asked me if I would like a free cordless phone. I said no and to please take me off their list. She continued I with the sales pitch. I stopped her and said no thank you. She then hung up. I tried to call back and the phone number was out of service.
Just got a call from this number, my phone said it was from Virginia. The caller hung up before I could answer my phone and left no voice mail.
They called our landline this morning said they were with Siemens and wanted to talk to me about our computer. I ask which one. He told me the oldest windows one. I started laughing at him & told him to put whatever it was they wanted in the mail cause he was making no sense since all 8 of them are windows. Yes I pulled a ridiculous number out of the air.
They say the are from microsoft and there is something wrong with my computer, and it needed fixed right away knew it was a scam I told him so and then a lady calls and the same thing. Why can't someone do something about these creeps and get some english speaking people that you can understand.
It was "Alex" from "Computer Repair" calling. Before he could say anything I asked him how he would feel if someone did to his mother what he was trying to do to me? He didn't know what to say. It was the apparent scam that your computer has a problem and they want to fix it for you (by adding malware). I hung up on him and entered the number in my call block.
