got a recorder call in Spanish, I don't know Spanish. I am in America!

MISSED CALL ... CALLED BACK ... NUMBER DISCONNECTED ...

I just received a call from this in Spanish who is this and why r u call my number ,I'm getting this changed

Call unanswered and identified as calling from CANTON SD. When the number on the caller ID was called back to find out what they wanted because they hung up before I was able to answer and they did not leave a message on the answering machine....GUESS WHAT... THE NUMBER YOU DIALED 712 986-2525 HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED OR IS NOT IN SERVICE.....Now how can the number come up on caller ID and moments after the call came through to your phone and you return the call, only to be told the NUMBER IS NOT IN EXISTENCE.... The FCC NEEDS to receive COMPLAINTS on calls such as these to STOP the calls.I also discovered all of the SPANISH phone calls that were being sent to my phone which is on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and has been VERIFIED, were from my phone carrier... I told the phone company to remove my number from their list. Your phone carrier when you sign up automatically OPTS you IN for promotional calls and the phone company gets paid for advertising and those 3rd party calls. Call Your phone carrier and TELL THEM YOU WIST TO OPT OUT and TO REMOVE YOU FROM THE LIST. Then register your phone on the national do not call registry and IF the calls continue after 30 days you can file a complaint(s) with the FCC on their website. When enough complaints are received they investigate and STOP those unwanted calls.

Got a call from this number. No message left. Called number back. It's a disconnected number. Wish the feds could catch these [***]

I'm in central cal. and just received a call on my cell phone from this #, but since I did not recognize the area code I rejected it.
