I keep getting calls from 713-568-6986. Calls are incoming back to back. All times of the day. At one time I turn off my cell phone which I guess the block the number so it says unavailable, but when they call my land line shows the number, so I blocked it to go into voice mail, but no message.
This number called me this afternoon. The voice mail said that it was a State Prison in Coalinga, CA... it was just saying if I wanted to accept the call press a certain number or if I didn't want to accept it to hang up. Weird.
KEep getting calls from this number. Recorded message says can't transfere funds to account please call 1-866, then cuts off.
This call is from a state prison. I was wondering the same thing, but was able to confirm it.
Got a call from this number as well. Came in at about 9 pm. Says "From CA State Prison in Vacaville"? No message was left.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
