All I get is a hello and a recording comes on and says I am approved for credit. I cant get a person to tell not to call and I call the number andd get hung up on

Several calls received from 727-556-5772 during the past two weeks.

I also get calls from this number. Why in the name of Macy's would they out source a collection agency.

3-4 x a day, we get phone calls from 727-556-5772"hold on for this very important message"My wife misplaced a Macy's bill, so we were late paying Macy's by 5-6 days. Check has been sent. As soon as our Macy's account is $0.00, we will cancel our account. Sad.

We received 3-4 phone calls every day from someone with the Indian accent... the phone # is 727-556-5772. Our bill was a day or two late getting to them; otherwise we have had a perfect payment record. I wrote Macy's fraud department, and let them have it. My wife called Macy's and told them we will be closing our account. The next day the phone calls stopped. There is NO question that the phone number is associated with Macy's. They won't have our business, and I will others know about their business practices.. Absolutely disgraceful.

Yet, the address of record for the cards MCCS is calling about is in Rhode Island and our telephone number clearly is not. We have wasted nearly hours with Indian and Filipino call center employees attempting to explain that we are not who they want. Every time they have claimed they will remove our number from their data base but we keep getting calls.

I am getting the same 727 number and it comes up MCCS...up to 5 times a day. I do not have a macys card nor any credit cards from anyone.I called my phone company and reported the number. they said theres nothing I can do,i told them i am on do not call list for a reason which is to enjoy my phone.I spoke with a foreign lady the first time they called and told her I do not have a card, please stop calling,yet they persist.So now I just dont answer them on caller ID.It shouldnt be like this,I pay for my phone service.Guess Ill have to learn their language for the word "no" and "stop calling".
