Recevied a call every day this week. When I answer my cell I get a recording saying all customer service reps are busy please hold. I do not hold I hang up. I have gotten this same call for the last three days. I do not nor have ever had a credit card at Macy's.
How do they get a cell number? I have not ever had a charge card nor even shop at a Macy's/Bloomingdale's store?? I have gotten three calls in the last two days from 727/556-5772. I won't anser cause it shows unknown on the screen. They don't leave any message either. This is annoying, I won't answer if they keep calling so I am hoping tey just quit calling.
Get a call 2-3 times a day from MCCS. We do not pick up the phone on caller IDs we do not know. Whwn answer machine picks up no message is left and caller then hangs up. Suspect this is an automated calling system waiting for someone to say "hello", but we refuse to respond to any caller who does not identify themselves or the reason for the call.
I have been getting 3 calls per day for the last 3 days - dial tone when I pick up, only my caller ID is MCCS. Pretty sad since that is also the caller ID for a great organization called Marine Corps Community Services.
I get calls about 7 times on a daily basis. I never get a voice message so I will not pick up. I don't want solicitors.
The phone rings twice and then it hangs up. They've called 3 times in the last two days. The caller ID says MCCS. I called back and some guy said they were updating their system, please call back in 30 minutes. I tried to explain that they kept calling me and hanging up, and he repeated his script. Called again, was warned that the call might be recorded for customer assurance. "Thank you for calling our credit system. Please stay on the line..." etcetera. Hold music. Pedro answered, "Credit Services," asked if I had Macy's or Bloomingdale's account, said he'dtake my number off their call list.
you are not a macy's associate! you are trying to make everything look ligit! You are from India. You direct calls through Florida and you are phishing and scamming! There very well could be a Macy's connection, I do believe, but you are scamming them too more than likely. I would advise anyone NOT to answer these numbers and never tell them anything. Report to FTC and the FBI. This is terrible. How many elderly people get taken by this fake scam coming from India. I cant say whether Macy's is involved but everything tells me they would know better. They ARE however, guilty of not getting to the bottom of this. There has to be a way this can be traced and that is why I say the FBI needs to get involved.
This is a scam more than likely coming from India. The person on here claiming to be associate IS NOT! Please contact the FTC and the FBI as there are innocent elderly that may be affected immensely by this. DO NOT answer these calls and hang up immediately if accident. This has got to stop. Macy's and Bloomingdale's are negligent if they don't contact the authorities and get this to stop. If for some reason they ARE outsourcing for real, they need to be sued by everyone on here.
