This harassment is from a company associated with MACY's. They call, apparently after being late by one payment. The best option is to call MACYs directly and cancel your Macy's Star Reward (sic) card and never shop at Macy's again. A company that engages in such practices is not worthy of your business. We cancelled our MACY's card, and we ceased shopping at MACY. Show MACY that you will not tolerate their harassment.

Macy's has off shore call center in India and the phillipines. (sp) yeah they are attempting to collect on a debt. If you don't like the calls don't buy stuff you can't afford or pay off. You people with credit cards piss me off. thank the heavens so many are deadbeats that think they can charge up the card for merch. and get it for free. Keeps me getting a paycheck. Next time you [***] about the price of stuff think about how you don't pay for what you got! Retailers gave you stuff in 'good faith' you [***] would pay for it and when you don't people like me end up paying for it because we actually pay our bills.

just got a call from them and I am subscribed to a credit repair agency that is supposed to be paying this from the money taken out of my bsnk sccount monthly. I also get 20 calls a day 7 days a week from them and sears. Isn't there anything that can be done since they are getting paid?

I've been getting the same happenings; calling a few times a day, not leaving a message. So, I logged on to check my balance, and I actually have a $10 credit. Maybe I'll answer next time and bust their chops...

They are collection company for Macy's Bloomingdales. They are still calling after sending a cease and desist letter being sent. I gave them the opportunity to make me an offer since they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act. Which entitles me to $1000, every time they call after receiving the letter. I've contacted an attorney, and hopefully a lawsuit will be filed against this company soon enough.

Ahhh, good old Macys department store!! 4 days late, I come home from work to see that they have called 11 times and hung up. Needless to say, even after they were paid, they still continued to call for 24 hours. Thank God I have only 120 more dollars to go, and then I will rejoice in tearing up their crappy 23% interest rape card.. Adios suckers!! I hope your heads are next on the recession chopping block.... glorified Target is what they are anyway. I hope all you readers do the same.

this number called my number to pay macys charge and has given me a number for debt management and is connected to some voice mail of sexy something,this person who is playing fraud should be punished at once,please take action against him serisouly. HE CALLED ME AT 10:53 ON DEC18,2008.
