I am starting to get these calls also. I get them around 8:00 am and in the evening. I don't answer them. I do have a Macy's card....love it....am not late on payments so there is no reason for the calls. The only other thought is that it might be a call from the EsterLauder sales people telling about a promotional BUT they always identify themselves and leave a message. I do not intend to answer any of these calls, in fact, I do not intend to answer any calls before 9:00 am or in the evening!

Called them back at the number and demanded they take me off their database. The lady answering the phone was polite and after putting me on hold for 3 minute said I am off the call list

I've known that this is Macy's collections number. It's true that the agency does a piss-poor job of checking to see if a payment has been made (one time this happened when I had made a payment a week beforehand). I was a few days late on this last payment, which is fine and I've paid it online since, but this is what pissed me off: instead of calling my main and only number listed with them, which is my cell number, they somehow found my parents' home number and have been calling them nonstop for the past week. We are all on the same calling plan, but I live in Chicago and they live in Phoenix. Regardless, how did the agency find my parents' phone number?! It's incredibly shady and messed up.

This number has called my home three times today. Every time they do, it triggers an email from my phone provider with a .wav file of the call...only since they don't leave a message, it's just 30 seconds of static. I had a Macy's card long ago, but it's probably been over 10 years since I've used it. However, we've been getting lawyer letters addressed to the previous occupant of our house (I just stick them back in the mail) and I'm wondering if they did a reverse look up?

Calls everday at, least twice a day

i am getting the same annoying calls also the worst part is they keep calling very early in the mornening, its getting on my nerveshow do i stop these calls??i wake up to answer thinking its an emergency as it always early in the morning then all i get it nothingnothing

3 calls from 727-556-5772 today, the last one at 9:02 pm. Isn't 9 pm the cutoff for telemarketers?

I'm sick of these calls. I get them any time of the day or night and I do not owe any money anywhere.

CALLS VERY EARLY IN THE MORNENIG, WITH NO ANSWER NO ANSWER MACHINE NOTHINGIT VERY DISTURBING

Again----they call several times throughout the day and when answered a recording says we have a very important message-----but the message never came. It shows on my caller ID as MCCS.
