Contestant calls. Many times a day for weeks! No answer when I pick up. I don’t owe Macy’s.

This is a follow-up to my April 4th comment. I got receipt that my cease and desist letter was received by Macy's corporate and I've already received 2 phone calls this morning alone and it's only 11:30 AM (a Saturday!). I guess corporate doesn't mind being sued for harassment and ignoring my C&D letter. I will proceed with my lawsuit as planned. If anyone is interested in a class action suit, there are many attorneys out there who would jump on this.

A call this morning from a "Mr. Peterson" (I think....), although with his THICK Indian accent, his name is more likely something else. Ya think? Anyway...asking for someone, it may have been my name upon further thought, but who the hell knew what he was saying??? Number was 727-556-5772- had to *69 the call as my caller ID is not working right now...

I have been getting calls from this number 727 556 5772 which started yesterday and I got another one today on my work phone. I never use this phone and I don't even remember the number. I use it for the blackberry. I called them back tonight to tell them never to call me again. I gave him the number (he had an indian accent) and then he wanted my name. I refused to give my name, they should have that information. These calls better stop or I am going to have to report them to the bbb.

This number 727-556-5772, keeps calling me and they even asked for my husband's name, i dont know how in the world they got that because we've been married only 1 week. anyway, this is awfully annoying because they always end up hanging up before they tell me what they want. please help!

The only time I've ever picked up, a recording said "please hold for an important call". I hung up, because the number is long-distance for me, and I have more important things to do with my time.

I continue to recieve calls from 727-556-5772 multiple times a day; the caller(s) refuses to identify themself or speak, then the call disconnects.
