I've got 10 calls a day from a 7275565772 number. When I picked up the phone nobody answered. When I let it go through voice mail, the message prompted me to call 800 852 7106 for an urgent business matter for 'Macy's. I do not own a Macy's card nor did I EVER have credit problems. After a month of harrassment, I called the 1-800 number - got transferred to a customer rep. The whole thing seemed so fishy to me. They told me they can't look-up my number without a matching name and remove it from their Database. I could NEVER talk to a supervisor. I kept insisting to remove my phone, and eventually the guy found me. He said he removed my name...Also what was really strange, the customer rep would not give me his employee ID, nor would he ever transfer my call. He was a real jerk.BTW - I am on the do not registry and I am furious that I am getting calls from this seedy places.

Called my house at 6:45 am this morning. UMMM not a good time losers! After reading the previous post. Good thing I didn't answer. Total waste of time. I never answer the phone, unless I know who is calling. If it is important they can leave a message. Spam, Junkmail, and BS calling. Annoying thx to sites like this. I can just type in the number and see what I missed.

Same here. And I do have cards with these stores (which I will burn ASAP). They called me one day to tell me I have a past due and when I called them back they could not link my name to the card they had claimed I owed $ for. Ridiculous, unprofessional, fraudulent. They guys was in India obviously and could not communicate for the life of him. If the phone calls continue, I am reporting this to the police

guys, this number is fake. i was surprised because they knew my name but ,.. this number is definitley scam. They called me 15 times in one day hung up several times and did not leave a message. the last time they called this women came on the phone and had a deep accent. after i started stressing her, she began to stutter and hung up.

This number keeps calling me several times throughout the day. They do not speak when I answer the phone. They do not leave messages.

Another call an hour later from 727-556-5772 MCSS. Turned my ringer off after the first one. Didn't want woke up again! I have never been to a Macy's in my life or online. Stop calling my house JERKS!

I called Ohio and they gave me the number of 1-727-556-5000 This is the correct number for Macy's.

I've been getting calls for months now, about 5 times a day. In the beginning I would answer, but there would be no one on the other side. Then, I would let my answering machine pick it up, but no messages were left. I actually talked to someone once who said they were from Macy's and told me my account was overdue, which it was not. I asked them to stop calling my home. Today, I got a call in which the lady mumbled something really quickly and hung up on me while I was trying to tell her I couldn't understand what she was saying. How do I get these calls to stop. It is very irritating.
