Constant calls - often hang up or leave no message.

I do have a Macys account, and my payment was late since I was on vacation. I never answer this number when it calls. My payment was due 10/7, and since 10/14, I have rcvd. at least 15 phone calls from this number. Isnt there a rule on how many times they can call and at what times? Ok I get I messed up with a late payment, but do you need to call me 3 times from 8 am-9 am?

This is Macy's. Never leaves a message. Calls 2-3 times a day. Sooo tired of the calls. This company is a joke! I think they will eventually go out of business. Their store quality is the pits and their prices are outrageous! Macy's is a crock!

For the past two weeks I have been getting calls from 727556-5772 When I pick up the phone a messages with background music is on saying to wait that this is a very important message I wait and then another message says that they will call me later at night because the lines are busy.

this number has been calling 5 times a day for the last month. I just didnt bother answering because I didnt know who it was. I have no macy's account but if this is how they are ...I will never open an account there

they just called my house 2 times, both times i let the machine answer it, they did not leave a message. I have no clue who this is!!!

Received call at 5:36 p.m. PST. Recording telling me to hold for an important call. No identifying information. Called back and just got a recording. Hung up.

Just got home from vacation for a week. Went through call log - MCCS has called 30 times, counted them - 30 times while I was gone. Won't leave a message. Annoying!! I will be closing my account with Macy's if that's who it is.....

I have been receiving about 2 phone calls a day for the past week. they don't tell me where they are from.

This number continuously calls. When I call back no one answers. Id just like the calls to stop
