Called at 930pm they hung up....took phone off the hook...they called again could see caller id on my tv after i left the phone "off the hook".
This website was helpful. I too looked up this telephone number and it brought me to this website. I received two calls last night after 9 PM which came across as weird. As i was viewing the messages posted on this site, guess who called? I decided to answer the phone, and the female rep stated that she was from Issues & Answers, a survey marketing company and asked to speak with a male registered voter of the household because she was doing a political survey. I explained to this individual that the cell phone she was calling belonged to a female registered voter and she said "okay, thank you" and hung up. This will hopefully be the last call that I receive.
Got called tonight. Told the lady that I was having dinner. Said she'll call back. 10 minutes later, she called. I didn't answer. 10 min later, they called again. Again, I didn't answer. Finally sent the calls from that number directly to my voice mail.

Have gotten almost a dozen calls from this number in the last two days. Hispanic speaker, when they speak. Men, women, even children in the background on one call. Finally, blocked the number.
