We can't call after 9:30pm eastern... we follow this with every time zone- if you're central we stop calling 10:30pm eastern time, 11:30pm mountain time, and 12:30am west coast. If you have a number that is not the same area code of the area you live in... example, we called Oregon for a lottery study we were calling people in New Jersey at 12am but we don't know their in NJ because our computer automatically dials all the numbers. Not our fault... change your number!
Political survey for my state's upcoming election. They weren't selling anything and they were friendly. I answered the second time they called.
We simply hang up if you cuss us. And we will call again. And by LAW we can't call past 9:30pm. We conduct surveys and polls for political affiliations and sometimes even government studies conducted by the state itself. So they know we're not breaking any laws, or else they wouldn't allow us to call people. We don't care about your stupid opinion... you're a nobody to us. We do it for the paycheck. That's it.
