I live in Illinois. This number has called 5 times since I got home at 5:30 p.m. I don't know anyone in Virginia and my number is registered with the NO CALL system. Sick of being disturbed by the ringing!!
This number has called me twice in the afternoon for a few days now. I don't have any business relationship with anyone in Virginia so I don't answer the call. They don't leave a message so I just have labelled the phone number ANNOYING in my calller ID and don't answer the call.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
