Let voice mail pick up and caller addressed me by name and said my loan was approved and the money could be deposited into my bank account. I have not applied for any loan... Nor do I want to apply fopr any loan through someone who I have no ideal who they are...
This was on my CELL--gggrrrrrrrrrr--I answered and a recording said "this is a message for JEFFREY regarding your loan approval," (btw my name isn't really Sadie, of course, but it's a lot closer to Sadie than it is to Jeffrey) then the same message that "Strange" and "WhyMeDora" said above. I could press 0 to speak to an agent now, or call back to confirm my information. I did not press anything, and the call disconnected.
I wish I could help you, but mine just came up that way and I'm not sure if it was because I have a new phone or if that's just the way my caller ID works.Contact your phone company and see if you can find out that way.
Started with an automated message, then a voice change with my first name, then back to the recorded voice. Said to press 0 to give info to receive my loan. I hung up
I got a call from the same number and no one said anything. I put my glasses on to read the caller ID and it said "Dont answer and the number 1-770-783-5969. Wish I read it before I answered.

These scumbags are trying to get your bank account info so they can steal your money, do you think they give a sh*t about the Do Not Call List?!Also, with VOIP and internet service you can get a phone number with any area code you want. Just because the caller ID says 770 or whatever doesn't mean anything.Seems like the only thing to make sure they stop calling you is change your number. Peace.
