I'm getting calls from this number, but they don't leave a message. So far I haven't picked up.

i've gotten hang ups and two messages. one was a collect call! I too, am on the do not call list but they are the prescription carrier for my hc so they probably have the right, under the law, to harass us.

You people know that you can block a phone number from calling your house or cell phone don't you ???

It's Medco...its a legit prescription mailorder company that will transfer your scripts from your pharmacy to themselves (with your doctor's permission) and mail you 90 days worth with free shipping. If you use generic, they do not collect your co-pay with the first shipment. If you are on regular meds and have to have your prescription filled and picked up every 30 days it gets really annoying and this is one way to have 90 days worth. I had filled out the information on line so was not entirely surprised to get a call. You are supposed to print out a form and take it to your doctor to send to them. I never did it and they called me and confirmed 24 hours later than my doctor faxed them my scripts. Yes, it is annoying and a little scary to have some company call you and start asking you personal question and they know about your health stuff. For example they asked me about my migraines and I never indicated I had them or ever had a prescription when I filled out the form. I haven't had one in decades, yet they knew I've had them in the past...hmmmm. My hubby gets his synthroid through them so I decided what the heck because I am tired of filling my scripts every 30 days and of course nothing ever syncs up so if you are taking several of meds, you are running to the pharmacy every week to fill one or the other.

No it's not. My husband has a business and I know for a fact that they do not require you to get your prescriptions by mail. So, don't blame the business owners.

Block the number on your phone

I just got the same call did not answer as I don't if I don't recognize the area code/number. I wonder if Medco knows about this and possibility of a security breach?
