They called 4-6 times per day. I did answer, and it was silent and then a man came on and asked for me (they do have your full name). I told him not to call me again and hung up. Someone above said it was Medco for health insurance, but I'm already insured with my company, I am on the do not call list, and if you reverse lookup their number, it comes up as Zannini Painting in FL! I also tried calling them back, and it's a recording that says the office is closed (does not say WHICH office), gives business hours, but I called during those business hours. These people need to be reported. They call at ALL HOURS and it's getting to be quite a nuisance.

Medco has a database of numbers and its just randomly selected who they call so just because you say no thanks doesn't take you have the database, the database has everyones number who has insurance with one of there insurance company partners. They are not calling you on purpose to annoy you they just randomly get numbers so just because you said no to one person doesn't mean the next person knows that.The people calling you get bonuses if you get prescriptions through them so they can sometimes be pushy but just say no thanks nicely and hang up.

i answered, then got forward as if i was calling some where else. I did not place a call. I received a call from them.

I get calls EVERYDAY from this number; I don't answer it because I have caller ID; it comes up as FLORIDA. From reading what other people have said about this #, I do have Medco for my mail in prescriptions, but they have a different number, and when they do call me, they leave me messages. They don't just hang up and not leave a message like this number does. So I don't think it is Medco.Thankfully with callerID I never have to take their calls but I do with they would stop calling my house.

ive had a couple calls and i didnt answer then i called back and it was "closed"it said it was open until 10 pm and i called at 4. makes no sense

someone called hanged up and then called again two hours later. who are these people?

they dont answer because the only job they do is cal outs they are supposed to recieve calls, they arent customer services so very rude of you to say they should drop dead, they are just doing their job and the person calling doesnt have any idea that youve ever been called before so its not their fault, its a flaw in the computer system

Medco is a Medicine pharmacy. They DONT solicit people for business. Some businesses use them for the prescription/medicine portion of health insurance they provide to employees. They do3 month scripts, refills, etc. if you move, etc and dont upgrade your account info online, they call the number they have to verify the refill. All the ask is the script number off the med being refilled. Repeat back the number and will tell you what the medicine is and the number of shipping days. They DO NOT ask for any personal informAtion. They dont contact you unless youve signed up. This would also apply if you signed up for auto refills. Basicalky if you move etc you need to upgrade info cia computer. If not thats how the wrong person gets the call in error.

Here is their customer svc / order line 772-924-2551 (press zero to get to live person)... for junk calls from MEDCO Pharmacy... many numbers like 772 924-2555, 772-335-4498, etcCall and tell them to remove your number or just call them and tell them how you feel getting junk calls....

Continuous calls, never a message and I returned the call to have an answering machine say to call the office in business hrs., 8AM to 10PM, I called at 7:30PM Who is this company??
