Got this number just now. Didn't answer and no voicemail.

I did answer after getting a bunch of calls. The guy told me I won 100,000 air miles, then asked if I had a valid credit card. When I said he yelled something and quickly hung up. Hasn't called back since. Scam.

Just got a call on my cell- automated voice stated that i had won 100,000 airmiles & to press 1 to collect. I did not press any key but just waited to see if anything more would be said. They hung up. I am wary about pressing keys as i have heard about scams where they try to gain access to your phone usage. The area code is Edmonton.

This number has called my cel lots of times..some kind of scam claiming to be air miles saying I won over one thousand air miles.

This number just called at 3:49 pm so annoying didnt answer cuz didnt say who it was

I rec'd it both on my home phone and my cell today. Didn't press one.

(Valid # found: 1-800-490-7452)Recap - I won collector points (woo hoo) - Press 1 - Are you 25 - Have a credit card - ....Looks like I got someone's attention by playing along yesterday with the telemarketer and leaving them on the hook thinking I might want to buy. Today, I get a call back from Havier's supervisor asking me if I had any problems with him. Was he polite? I explained yes he was and then questioned him as to how he got my phone number. "We get it from a referral database made up mostly of RCI resorts and others in the Cancun (MX) & Orlando (FL) area." I told him, truthfully, that I had never been to any of those resorts and please take my phone number off the list. "Okay we can do that. But are you interested in ..." NO THANKS. After that he said goodbye. I should have grilled him on when I'll get my free air miles... :)The golden gem though: The phone number he was calling from IS VALID:1-800-490-7452I immediately placed a return call. Got a voicemail system "Press 1 for Accounting, 2 for Customer Sales, 3 for ...." It seemed any number I pressed, I got another recording: "Press 1 for Havier, 2 for Valencia, 3 for ..." I was calling around 16:00 MDT, so maybe everyone was gone. All I know is that calling a 1-800 number is free for me. The receiving end pays a both a flat charge for the line PLUS per call/time volume charges. So I plan to call back a few times, even if I do not get anyone on the line. You can even send faxes once connected (according to the phone recordings).No company name is mentioned on any recording. I do not know if the claims that this is RCI connected are valid or not (personally I'm not into timeshares but have nothing against them).At least we're one step further. I'd suggest if you want the calls to stop give them a call and ask to have your number removed. It ran through, but noone picked up. ;(

Its not your phone, it did they same weird things to me too.
