Received a robot call from "Memorial Hospital, Jacksonville, FL", with the standard "call us back" with no explination. hmmm....Found this site to do a reverse phone search. And saw other hospitals represented. That's all I needed to confirm that it was a collection agency. Call the back my backside.then there was post from someone who made the mistake of calling them back and confirmed that it was a collection agency.Your site was very helpful. Thanks!

18002239899 was called on cell and answered "unknown" it is illegal for collections to call u and not identify theselves via caller id.the caller gave me the 800 number and said to have party trying to collect bill from call them back. I advised of the law and of course told she didnt know about that law.. I took the number and advised I would forward the message..

Rec'd a call from this number. When I called back, an automated answer stated they were National Patient Account Services and to key my acct number. Not knowing what acct number they were talking about, I pressed # 3 times to talk to someone. In this case, they were representing UofL Healthcare. But, here's the kicker, they needed my name, address, date of service AND SSN to identify me. When I wouldn't give them my SSN #, they pressed me to find my SSN to give it to them. I wouldn't and they wouldn't tell me what it was all about. I'm pretty sure I don't have an outstanding balance with UofL Healthcare. No bills have been received by me since I gave them my insurance information. Hmm...

I received a cell phone message from this phone # today concerning an "unpaid balance" at Jewish Hospital. I have no unpaid bills from this hospital. I actually received a $5.00 check from the hospital last week for an overpayment on my account! I returned the call to this phone #, and they requested my name, address, and SSN to "locate my records and research the problem". I refused to provide the SSN, and they insisted it was needed. I finally hung up. Jewish Hospital already has my SSN. Very suspicious.

Numerous recorded religious messages have been sent to my wife's cell phone, and she is furious over the harassment. Phone calls are originating from 502-301-7716, 502-301-7189, and 502-301-7193. Repeated complaints to T-Mobile management are worthless. If one more harassing message is received, my wife is adamant about contacting the KY Attorney General's office and FCC to end these calls, so let the "pastor" beware. If this self-proclaimed "pastor" has any future comments, religious or otherwise, I hope he/she has the fortitude to contact me directly since I am sure this person has my phone number.
