Wife received another recorded religious message from 502-301-7716. This was last straw, and she mailed harassment/complaint letters to FCC and KY Attorney General's office with reams of phone call documentation. Their investigations should be interesting.

Come to find out. This phone number belongs to National Patient Account Services Which A billing dept.for MEMORIAL HOSPITAL JACKSONVILLE, FLA. Which is in GARLAND, TEXAS. Which also has offices in LOUISVILLE,KY. AND CINCINNATI,OHIO That is why everybody's medical bills are so high ,because your medical bills are being outsourced to medical billing people all over the country, their fees are added to the bill. instead the medical doing their own billing and doing it right Made A payment on the bill last month , two weeks later they sent it a collection agency being NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS

i got a message when i got to work to call KELLY back at this number called 4 times the call would just drop called back after my 8hr shift and i got Nation patient crap!!! Why the hell would you bug someone at work for 1 and 2 isn't it illegal too!!!!

How is it illegal they got your work number from you if you put it on your hospital acct. If you are an attorney maybe you wouldn't have outstanding hospital bills

I just received a letter from them stating that my father owed 71.38 from a hospital stay-said he was discharged 3/3/11----he passed away in 2006! They would not talk to me until I would give them his SS#, which I would not. I told them Good Luck getting the money from him for that 3/11 stay! What a SCAM!!!

My father just received one of these letters stating he owed for being admitted into the hospital in May. He hasn't been to a hospital in well over a year. I looked on the website given and it isn't even the correct website for that hospital. Also the phone number given is the same as the one this is about. Also I found a few misspellings and typos in this letter. No way in hell this letter is legit.

I get ongoing calls from this phone number. There is no way I will give them my social security number. I do not handle business over the phone. Send it in writing. And hospitals need to cut the regular joe a break. I have insurance and I am sorry if the doctor did not accept the insurance the hospital did so they dont need to be working at the hospital if they cannot accept my insurance. How am I supposed to know that they do not accept my insurance. They certainly did not tell me when I walked in the door, while I was in the hospital or when I was discharged.

They are a hospital billing company.

They called me twice today. Left a voicemail saying " This is Pen Collection calling about a debt". Then directed me to call back. The second call I sent to voicemail but they hung up. Another jerk trying to fool us. Too dumb to know who the real fool is. May God Bless them with Everything they Deserve. I don't owe any debts.
