Calls late at night never leaves message calls backHarassing me

This person called my cell. If they're from Texas why the hell they calling me? Never been to Texas. No one knows my cell number as it a new number.

If the following are true...1) the debt collector called you at your place of employment;2) the debt collector had reason to know that your employer prohibits you from receiving such calls (debt collectors know that almost all employers do have such prohibitions, and therefore it was reasonable to believe that such prohibition existed in your case);3) you did not prior and directly give the debt collector your express consent for the debt collector to call you at work; and4) the debt collector did not have prior express permission from a court of competent jurisdiction to call you at work...then the debt collector has violated 15 USC § 1692c(a)(2) [§ 805(a)(3) Pub. Law] (Communication in connection with debt collection; communication with consumer at consumer's place of employment) -- part of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
