Hi, I called about my student loans

So I received a call from this number about 5 minutes ago. The interesting thing is, for the last several days, I have been getting 2-3 calls a day from an unlisted number that doesn't leave a message, and some of those calls have come in as late as 7:30pm. This is the first call that came in with this number actually showing. Don't know if the unlisted calls were from these people too, but it's an interesting coincidence.They did not leave a message this time either. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize any more than I do calls from unlisted or blocked numbers.

They are a collection service... very rude one at that. They called my office multiple times, left messages via voice mail and at the front desk. I'll tell you, it's wonderful to get back after a week of business travel to have the receptionist tell you a debt collector is looking for me.I immediately call them, the person that called is unavailable. The person answering asks for the last 4 numbers of my social security (since the original callers do not leave a case or reference number). I reluctantly give him the 4-digits and he states "you're not the right person" and hangs up.WTF?

Called I don't answer numbers that are not in the personal phonebook. If it's important to leave a message in this case they didn't .

Fudge student loans! Biggest scam on the planet!! Pay to work, pay to get educated! Born in to debt! Die in debt!! Scaaaaam!!

Bottom feeder student loan collectors - and these ones have so many complaints against them with the Attorney General's office in several states, it's not funny. Report them to your state Atty General and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and if we all keep doing that, we WILL shut them and their unethical practices down!

DO NOT answer any calls from them - they violate all kinds of laws and should be reported. Don't call them back, report them to your Attorney General today.

Go ahead and call Michael Osborne, the CEO of this laughingstock collection agency. Call his phone as much as they call yours. It's Credit Adjustments Inc from Defiance, OH and they break many laws and harass consumers.

Do NOT answer the phone. CHANGE your number if necessary. They don't care if they have the wrong person- they just want someone to harass. Change your number and it will change your life. I did!
