Client Services can kiss my a$$. I don't owe them [***]. Yes, I do owe the credit card company and no they didn't ask me if it was OK to sell my account to these [***]. I guess I'll just file bankruptcy and then they can all go to he!!. But for now, when the phone rings that's all it does. I just don't answer it and I turned off the recorder so they can just listen to it ring and ring and ring. Now they can just eat [***] and die as far as I'm concerned.

I was receiving calls from this firm for about a week or more, but never answered because I didn't know who they were. Then I received a letter telling me that they were trying to collect a debt of Citibank. I had disputed this debt, Citibank turned it over to GC Collection Services who called me for over a month before sending me a letter. I disputed the debt with them, and also pointed out that they were calling me for over a month and should have sent me the letter with my rights within 5 days a taking the account on. Never heard back from them, now two months later these knuckleheads are calling me. Guess I'll send them the letter again and see what happens. Can't wait to pull my credit report and see this debt listed multiple times by these different companies. Just letting them get enough rope so it's worthwhile me suing them. At $900.00 per violation in PA. And each time they hang up without a message is a violation.

CSI is just another in a line of lowlifes that purchase debts from companies who can close their books and then csi tries to get back money on something with a high percentage and in most cases they are whistling in the wind because they are not the original and when questioned cannot supply original info

A woman called and left several messages. I continued to hang up, but they wouldn't take the hint. Finally I spoke to her and told her that I didn't even know anyone by that name and to never call again. They must be going through the phone book or something...

I keep getting call from this number asking for my husband and it is regarding unsettle business. I have made every possible attempt to get the company name and address to forward a copy of his death certificate. Whoever is on the phone keep telling me they need his permission to talk to me. REALLY, I'm trying to send a DEATH CERTIFICATE and have stated he is deceased.

If there is NO "financial relationship" with the so-called debt collector the that debt collector is violating FEDERAL LAW by calling someone on the National Do Not Call list! ANY questions BABY??? I did NOT think so! .......For the Record, THAT is what This "debt collector" is doing to me....and their about to Feel MY fangs in their posterior.

You are correct and they can be sued under the TCPA and FDCPA for intentionally harassing a non-debtor.

WRONG! If there is NOT "financial Relationship" between the debt collector and the harrassed phone number then the Debt Collector IS in Violation of FEDERAL LAW. By the way, its EASY to spot an empoyee of a debt collector posting on these message boards "In Favor" of the debt collector...Just like YOU!
