We keep receiving phone calls from this number for someone in my family-when I told them I had no information to provide them they demanded to know my last name and when I refused to tell him, telling him it was none of his business, he said he would keep calling me back until I told him.

Articulate male calls my home asking for my nephew who has never lived with me or shared my home phone number. Leaves a message. The typical "time sensitive matter", "urgent that you call me back". This guy was clearly fishing.

Caller said was calling from Bank of America about an outstanding balance on our credit card. Asked us to confirm an address (it was incorrect) and asked to confirm a birth date (it was incorrect). When I said I would call the credit card company directely they gave me this number (800-521-3236)which appears to be a legitimate Bank of America credit collections number. I was told to ask for Courtney Wilford, who probably does not exist.

Call came up : UNKNOWN... did not answerMan named Derrick said it is a time sensative matter in which I needed to call. He knew both mine and my husband's name. I called the number back and had no response... dead airI called again... it says it is Cliet Services...I looked at my credit report... no helpLooked at my husband's report and client services is the collections company that took over his and his ex-wive's Discover card debt.

i have been getting calls frm 1800-521-3236 for over a year and have let this co know that i dont know the person they are calling for. the calls continue and the reps are very rude and even get nasty and insulting at times.

Two people call, one a white male one a black female named Jodi. Have never spoken to either, they leave a message. Always that this isn't a sales, etc. just important that I get back to them. I tried to, actually; was unable to hear who the company was, when the recording came on. Pressed zero for assistance. "Client-services" said a woman. I said I didn't know who I was calling but was told to call. Silence... then I realized I was being transferred. Jodi's voice mail then comes on. I said this is (using the same first initial/last name way they'd addressed me). Would like to know who you repreent (basically), sorry I missed you. Then I got online and did a search on the phone number, led me here. I will no longer worry about connecting with these callers.

A Ms. Allen called looking for my aunt. I have no idea why she called me, because she admitted that she had the right address for my aunt. Why she couldn't just call her directly is beyond me. It's all a little suspicious.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone, looking for my daughter. I gave no information and said I didn't know where my daughter lives. Asked for another call to my voice mail with a number. Got a name - Les Murphy; and a number - the one above. Went to this site and have determined the call is a fraud. No company name was given.

Ken Richards called numerous times over 3 months asking for my daughter or business partner at first, later calls asking the receiver to return calls to 800-521-3236. I never answered or returned these calls. They were coming every day. They stopped for about 2 weeks and resumed last week.

My sister just called me to tell me that a man named Gordon Wood called my mother asking for me. I haven't talked to mother in years. How they got her phone # is beyond me, I don't even know it, and she lives in N.C. Anyway, he wouldn't tell her where he was calling from, all he would say is that he needs a written statement from me. He wouldn't tell her for what. My mother and I don't even have the same last name, so how he affiliated her with me is weird.
