I got a call today from "Eric, calling from Client Services for Citicards", asking me to verify my SS#. I don't have any credit cards from any Citi properties, and I found it suspicious for this person to be calling me out of the blue asking me for my SS#. He got a little beligerent and insisted that he was calling for me (he had my name and an old work title), but then said some other string of numbers, and refered to an address that I had never lived at. I told him he was calling the wrong person, he had bad info, and I would not tell him anything about myself. Then I googled the phone number he told me to call and found this string of complaints! Glad I did not give him anything!

Male called left message indicating that he was responding to my call(?)? I did not return call, he left extension 4491. I have no past due accounts and won't take calls from "unknown" callers.

Received a call saying "this phone call is for (my wife), call me back at 1-800-521-3236 ex. 4184. my phone number is unlisted. my wife's phone number is 1 number different then mine, can't figure out how they found mine and not hers. trying to track the phone number led me to this site.

mother in law got 2 calls and a letter from them for a supposed B of A account for my husband. He hasn't lived with her in over 10 years. Sumpin fishy here... Bitchy staff, very rude.

I am the Jeremy that posted 9/11/07, and received another phone call today from the same person but a different number, the number he called me back today on was 1-636-947-2321. This time he had an attitude, and said to call him, so I did, i got a live person on the other end that asked who I was looking for, after having to tell her 4 times, she said she would transfer me to his voice mail, when his voice mail message started playing, it was the same guy that had called me both times but had a different name, I didn't get a chance to get the other name written down because I was at work and had to get off the line. Just thought everyone should know.

i received a message on answering machine looking for a relative of my husband. she indicated that she had a very important message to get to (the uncle) him, and that my husband was listed on his "form" as a contact. this uncle lives in another state,we haven't seen him in years (and is known to be in debt). is it ok for this agency to be contacting us, because of the uncle's debt? seems illegal doesn't it? according to what i have read on this sight i am sure this will not be the only call i receive from this company.

received the same suspicious call. with no reference or anything. called them back and asked them to call me directly with what this was referring to. lady on the phone demanded i call immediately. is it a scam?

I don't owe anybody anything. Collectors are calling me because some person using the name Kimberly Hearn is using my phone number for her scams. I tell these people I am not Kimberly Hearn and they stop calling me.....until the next month, when they start up all over again. I am sick of this.

They call on a Saturday morning at 8:45 and as late as 10pm on weekdays.No message left.

keep getting calls from 800 521 3236; very rude, asks me questions about my address, when i ask who they are, they refuse to answer me, just repeating they need to talk to me about an important matter, I tell them I am the person they are looking for and asked 3 or 4 times, who are they, again they refused to answer, they said they need to verify all my personal information before they can tell me who they are, being very rude, I just hung up on them, they keep calling twice a day!
