Received a call from "Sam" with direct tv 800-531-5000. When he stated his name and company I said no thank you. I am not interested please remove my number. Ast this point he told me to go to H3LL. Well of course I had a free choice words for him. Point of this why are they talking to US the consumer like this??
I've recieved 11 calls so far today. found a setting in my phone that can send a specific caller straight to voicemail, so problem solved
received phone call from this number - bad connection - the caller had a heavy Indian accentpretending to call from AT&T - offering a better deal - wanted to know how much I pay for services .SCAM - careful - these Indian Nut jobs keep trying
I cancelled Directv, because they did not live up to the promo and instillation that I was told I would receive. This is part of a bundle with Version, which also did not live up to there comments. After cancellation Version did sent me a check , Directv would not give a satisfaction of cancellation without paying a in-stallion fee. I requested a copy of conversations with them, and was refused!! They never did live up to there promo and installation . I told them it was a waste of time for me to live up to mine. I refused to pay the bill and answer phone calls.
I have the ability to block unwanted calls and so far I have blocked 22. It rings once and "Call blocked" appears in the caller ID. What a relief. Now if I could find a way to block "Private caller" I would be happy.
