1st call from this number in 4 years, no message left. From previous enterys suspect call center.
This number has called about 50 times in the last 3 days usually hanging up when I answer. This last call they didn't hang up and proceeded to try to give me/sell me services I didn't want. After a few minutes of this he switched to some foreign language and berate me.I hung up on him.
I HAD DIRECT TV INSTALLED JULY 20TH 2014. CANCELLED JULY 22, 2014. WAS TOLD I SHOULD USING SERVICES THO I REQUESTED TO CANCELL ON DATE STATED. THO I WAS TOLD BY SALESMAN DIFFERENT RULES THAT APPLIED AS I WAS TOLD AFTER SIGNING..DUMB ME! NOW I'VE GOT TO PAY $480 BECAUSE I CANCELLED EARLY...........I EXPLAINED THAT THIER SERVICES WERE CONFUSSING............TO BAD.PAY IT........I WAS TOLD MY CREDIT CARD WOULD BE CHARGED FOR SECURITY REASONS AT THE AMOUNT OF $1.00...THAT'S A LIE. MY CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED THE $480 BECAUSE I CANCELLED...AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE BOXES NEEDED TO RETURN THE EQUIPMENT THAT IS STILL SETTING ON A CHAIR IN MY HOME. I SENT A LETTER JUST TODAY ABOUT NEEDING THE BOXES THAQT I WAS TOLD WERE GOING TO BE SENT RIGHT OUT AFTER I CANCELLED ON JULY 22, 2014............I'M STILL WAITING. NOW, JUST TODAY I RECIEVED A PHONE CALL TELLING ME THE BOXES WOULD BE SENT OUT AND MY SERVICE WILL BE CANCELLED ON AUG. 07, 2014...................WHAT HAPPENED TO MY CANCELLING JULY 22, 2014? I WAS RATHER UPSET WHEN TOLD ON THE PHONE JULY 22, THAT 'HER MOTHER' WAS 71 AND 'SHE' EVEN KNEW HOW TO OPERATE HER DIRECT TV'.........................SOOOOO? THE PHONE CALL DIDN'T ASSIST ME IN ANYWAY. I'M STILL OUT $480.00!
I received a call from 800-531-5000 at 9:30 PM on a Friday night. I did not answer the call. They left no message. For a telemarketer to call that late!!!!!! I've read online that it is someone posing as Direct TV.
It was directv calling in reference to Linda's account..... the problem is that I'm not Linda They call everyday
