Recognizing this number 8005315000 as being DirecTV, I wasn't in the mood to listen to any pitches. Therefore, I sent the call to voice mail. The person on the other end was saying something in complete gibberish with a very heavy accent and definitely not English. Checking other sites, this appears to have been a bogus call with a scam deal.
I answered using the speaker phone. "Hello!" 'Hi, this is John with DirecTV services. How are you Maam?' I said "I'm not interested, thank you-goodbye!" and hung up.
maybe a new scum number since all the above seem at least 8 years old.but call with no voice message, now means blocked
Couple calls lately from this number. Advertising upgrade internet and 'cable.' I do have DirecTV, which is what this is supposedly for, but it didn't sound legitimate anyway and I wasn't interested regardless. Just said no thanks and hung up. Hopefully no more.
Being elderly and handicapped getting to the phone isn't always easy or fast.Then these idiots call trying to get us to gat sometnimg on pay per view after being ask not to call . From now on I'll let phonetrray block them.They have been told of our situation before.
They got into our account for someone elses bill that they wanted to collect. They did it by getting our at the time unused debit card. Our bank didn't know how they did it. The bank got our money back.
